- Prior to shipping, each order goes through quality check, is carefully packaged, and is checked again for accuracy.
- Order fulfillment should be expected to take a minimum of one week. This does not include shipping time.
- Shipping rates are based on the VALUE, WEIGHT and DIMENSIONS of the order
- All orders within the United States are shipped via UPS in the contiguous 48 states unless otherwise specified and paid for by the customer. Please contact us directly with any specific shipping inquiries.
- Please note: UPS shipping can NOT accept a PO BOX as a shipping address. Please contact us or call if you have any additional PO BOX shipping questions.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories, or internationally will be shipped by USPS unless otherwise specified and paid for by the customer. To place an order to any of these locations, please contact us via phone or the Contact Us button.

RETURN POLICY
- Returns are accepted if a Return Authorization Number is requested within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Merchandise altered in any way from received condition will not be accepted.
- Merchandise must be properly packaged to protect from shipping damage during return.
- Customer may select a refund or a replacement
- If return is becasue of unidentified defect, Hibdon Hardwood will pay for return shipping. If the return is becasue of a change of mind, customer is responsibe for return shipping charges.
