Description
Katalox, pronounced Kat-a-lowsh, has a BIG sound, long sustain, bright and clear. It is a beautiful wood with a rosy-deep purple color. It has been compared to African Blackwood and Ziricote in sound, but a much more affordable price.
This set is a rich eggplant color and has beautiful figure.
Please note upon inspection this set had started to crack in several places. We filled the crack with an epoxy to prevent it from spreading. This is effective and the crack remains as it, out of pattern. Please see all pictures for details.
