Shipping & Returns


Due to an overload of orders we will now be providing a minimum one-week order fulfillment.

Shipping rates are based on the value, weight, and dimensions of the customer's order. 

All orders within the United States are shipped via UPS in the contiguous 48 states unless otherwise specified and paid for by the customer.

**Please note that customers within the State of Missouri are subject to sales tax on any purchased items as well as the cost of shipping & handling.**

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories, or internationally will be shipped by USPS unless otherwise specified and paid for by the customer. To place an order to any of these locations, please contact us here.

Prior to shipping each order is inspected and checked for accuracy.

    Returns are accepted if a return authorization number is requested within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

    Merchandise altered in any fashion from received condition will not be accepted.

    Merchandise must be properly packaged to protect from shipping damage during return.

    Customer may select a refund or replacement.

    If return is because of unidentified defect Hibdon Hardwood will pay for return shipping. If return is because of change of mind customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
